FRIED CAULIFLOWER

Ingredients


3 medium-sized cauliflowers

1 cup tahini

½ bunch parsley, minced

1 garlic clove, crushed (optional)

1 cup lemon juice

1 ½ cups water

Salt to taste

Mazola oil for frying

 

Instructions


1 Divide the cauliflower into pieces. 2 Boil water, then cook the cauliflower pieces for 4 to 5 minutes. 3 Strain the cauliflower, add salt, mix, and set aside to cool. 4 Heat Mazola oil and fry the cauliflower on medium heat. Set aside on a kitchen roll to drain excess oil. 5 FOR THE SAUCE Mix water, tahini, lemon juice, and salt. Add the minced parsley to the mixture and mix well. 6 NOTE The sauce should have a sour taste. Adjust the lemon and salt according to your preference. NOTES: Serve the sauce with the fried cauliflower and Arabic bread.
